Default Manual transmission for Vortec 5.3...
I'm having hard time finding one? It would be helpfull if anybody knows what which manual transmission bolts to this engine. I curently have a T5 but I don't know how to get it to work....

A T-56 6 speed will bolt right up. Get them out of 98-02 Camaro and TA's. Internal slave cylinder

Yeah so I heard but I'm having hard time finding one for less than 1500... So there is no way to bolt the t5?

I did but I'm having hard time finding anything... I don't know if i should look for and adapter plate or a bell housing...

What kind of tranny is in the Regency edition trucks? It's got a 4.8 (same as a 5.3 basically).
