Default t56 swap problems (help!!!!!!!!!)

Ok fellas I'm swaping from a pos 4l60. I swapped the wiring harness peddals everything that I was supposed to. But my brakes are stiff. I have to hold back on the steering wheel and bare down on my peddal. I don't understand the clutch and everything works great. Just the freakin breaks if you got any info it would help out a lot. Thanks

Stupid question... is the car on? If not your brakes will get hard. Once u turn the car on and get some vacuum to them they will be like normal again. Now if they are rock hard and the car is on, then you might have a bigger issue.

Very easily if you took the tube off of the Brake Booster to unstall the Hydraulics and didn't put it back. Is the Car idling with high RPM's?
