to shim or not to shim. Wat did guys do? Car is stock. Let me know

TNT, you can take a couple of relatively easy measurements if you want to check your need for a shim...I have provided a link below. As for our recommendation...all of our lS based kit need the shim. It is used to increase the stack-height of the parts bringing them into equivalence to the stock parts in over all height.

thanx for your help...i decided to go ahead and use it after a few measurements like you stated. the clutch pedal feels great so i think using the shim was the way to go. thanks again!!
