Default broken t56 skip shift solenoid

after removal from my 94 formula the skip shift solenoid was physically damaged to the point that i would not be able to reconnect it to the pigtail. if i just have it (C.A.G.S./C.A.R.S) tuned out on the PCM would it cause a problem still if i left the sensor disconnected?

If you delete it outa the computer it shouldnt matter if its hooked up or not. My skip shift is unhooked and I havent had any problems.

Yes if the logic is no longer in the computer then you should not have to worry about it engaging the solenoid at any point. The light shouldn't even come on. Does it? GL.
