Default Short Shifter?

Whats the shortest or lowest sitting shifter out there for a 6 speed fbody?

Just look for aftermarket companies that make short shifters like UMI. I think I took a hacksaw to one of their short shifters and made it even "extra" short, and it worked out perfect.

With so many aftermarket companies out there, I am not sure your going to be able to trace which one may have the absolute shortest.

lou's short stick is a pretty short setup

used to hit the back edge of the console on my LT1 camaro

I like ours at the length its at but I have seen people cut it to there likely like mentioned. Our short stick features lots of extra threads so it can be shortened and still work with the shift ****.
