Default Little help needed Code P0803

Well I finished putting in my tranny the other night and today while driving I noticed the SES light come on. So I scanned it and it came up with a P0803 1-4 upshift (skipshift) solenoid control circuit malfunction. The car is driving fine, shifts fine, I can shift all gears including reverse. Iam just worried that I might be damaging something without knowing it. I just spent alot of money rebuilding this tranny and dont want to ruin it over something stupid.

I do have the skipshift eliminator on it and before I did the tranny it was working just fine. Is it possible that the solenoid is bad? Or is it possible that I mixed up the connectors? Where should the skip shift be plugged in exactly.
