can a ls1 t56 be made to fit onto a lt1?

Default can a ls1 t56 be made to fit onto a lt1?

Here's the deal, my lt1 t56 is shot. I have found a ls1 t56 and was wondering if i could swap it to my lt1.

Yes. You can swap the front plate and input shaft to make it work providing its an LS1 T56 from a F body.

Try the Advance Search.. It's been covered frequently..

Bellhousing/Midplate/Input shaft all need swapped.
