Default Noises

So I have some strange noises. Buddy thinks its a heat shield I disagree. For example, in first and maybe second(very slow or on take off) I have a rattle or maybe a grinding sound. Its there at very slow speed but goes away real quick. Also with the clutch let out I have a rattle that increases with rpm but goes away when clutch is pushed in. Any input would be appreciated.

How long has it been making the noise, how old is the clutch and what kind is it? The ratlle could be the normal bit of clutch rattle from the anti chatter springs. The grinding is strange noise is strange.

Grinding noise only seems to do it when the car is at running temp. For instance if I go start it up after sitting for awhile it wont do it. And its only at low rpms it seems.

Oh and I bought the car from the original owner so I'm guessing it's a stock clutch with 119k
