Default Problems with T56

I have a 02 TA with a T56 and I am having problems getting it into 1st gear. If I put the car in 2nd and roll a couple of inches forward it will go in fine. It also grinds when I try to shift from 1-2 unless I shift real slow then it won't grind. I replaced the master cylinder a few days ago and I replaced the clutch and slave cylinder about 15,000 miles ago. The clutch is a spec stage 3 and it worked fined for about 13,000 miles after the clutch swap. What could this be?

Sounds like the infamous plastic fork pads are broken. Unfortunately, the case has to be opened up.

Then I would bet on LS123's suggested possibility
