93 LT1 4 Speed

I have a 93 Z28 Camaro automatic that I want to swap to a 6 speed. What all will I need? So far I know trans, bellhousing, clutch, clutch mater cylinder, slave cylinder, peddle assembly...will it require a different cross member, driveshaft, any cables? I may be forgetting things so add them and any extra knowledge about the swap is much appreciated. Thanks. Also if anyone knows where I can get my hand on a complete set up I would love to hear...preferable in the midwest.
