Quick question, in the process of swapping my car (99 Camaro Ls1/M6) over to a Th400. I have a guy wanting to put my tranny in a S-10 with a built Chevy 350 out of a 93 Chevy truck. Basically took out the 93 model 350 and completely built the motor then sold it to my friend.

Can anyone confirm if the M6 will bolt up to this motor?

You will need a 0.5" spacer. McLeod sells them.

So the tranny will bolt right up with no problems?

Ok, I assume this is the spacer needed for the clutch? Elaborate please, just don't want to give any false info, good friend of mine wanting to buy the combo.

The LS1-T56 will need one of the below scenarios to bolt up to a GenI SBC/BBC:

-Conversion Bellhousing from Quicktime/McLeod/etc.
-Adapter plate to mate T56 to older Muncie/T5/T10/etc. bellhousing
-Swap over Bellhousing/Mid-plate/Input-shaft from a LT1 T56

Each method will have additional FW/Clutch/TOB issues to address depending on appliction.
