Default Clutch will not disengage at all

I was wondering what can cause a clutch to not disengage at all?

Everything was working great, I pulled the tranny off to put it on the new motor, along with the clutch, etc. and I installed a new slave cylinder. Now the clutch will not disengage, I cannot put it in any gear while the car is running. Is there anything it can be besides not being bled fully?

Bleeding would be number one to me, but you may also want to look at the master cylinder as well. Tick's adjustable is my next one when I change the clutch next time (unless my master give's out first).

Could that be my problem?

changed engine, put everything back together. with car running, you can put it into all gears, however, the clutch does not disengage all the way. it will release enough to get moving, but does not fully let go. Also, before it would engage mid pedal, now it is engaging (or starting to), ALL the way at the top of the pedal. bled twice, once using factory bleeder, once using vacuum.

slave and throwout were not removed, only trans/clutch/press plate. Perhaps the clutch disk is on backwards? Spec Stage 3. didnt look to see if there was a shim.
