Cause for concern?
Background: I have been re-doing a lot of the top end of my engine, plus removed the oil pan, center section of my Ford 9", and everything in between.
Problem: I am getting ready to put the heads back on the engine, and when I put the T56 in gear (any gear) to install the harmonic balancer, the engine continues to spin as if the transmission were in neutral. The rear hubs spin in neutral only, but not while the transmission is in gear.
The transmission seems to have gone in the right way and is bolted all of the way up to the engine, and the hydraulic line is hooked up. I will go try to pump the clutch up a few times and see if that changes anything.
Is this normal?
Thanks,
Clint

Ok I'm an idiot, but a happy one. I have been spinning the entire drivetrain - E-brake wasn't all of the way up.
I guess I am stronger than smart, lol.
