Weird 3rd and 5th issue.

Weird 3rd and 5th issue. It just started happening today. I have a MGW shifter in the car. Had it for around 1000 miles now. Well today when I started driving home from work, I tried to shift into 3rd. And it feels like there is just a walk blocking it. same thing with 5th. It does this only at low rpms. at higher rpms it goes in smoothly. And it doesnt grind at all into any gears.
