Default isolating slave/master issue

So I have a couple questions... If we bleed my hydraulics, and the clutch pedal feels absolutely perfect. But after you let it sit all night or after a little bit of driving it goes back to the normal shitty soft pedal w/low engagement bullshit... Is that your slave or master leaking in air? Is there a way to tell which it is?

Also, someone on here said if you unplug your master's line from the slave...that if you can't push the pedal to the floor, that your master is fine and it means your slave is the culprit... Is this true?

Sorry, I'm just trying to avoid buying the tick master but I'm about to if I can't determine the culprit here. Thanks.
