Some parts will cross, others are GM only. Depending on your plans, you might be better off working with your local GM parts desk and getting what you need.
Off the top of my head:
GM started using quick engagement synchros and blocker rings on 3-4, in the late model units. The Z06 unit will have larger/different seals in the tailhousing.
Not an exhaustive list.

Your best bet would be to disassemble the trans, then make a list of parts that need to be replaced. Then order from GM. I don't think you will find any "kits" for this trans

As said above, the later model C6 Z06 unit had some differences inside the unit. I just finished up a unit yesterday that came in with a snapped off mainshaft and busted tailhousing.
