Default LS7 clutch question

I have a 2001 trans am ws6 with a few mods and it is time for a new clutch. I was looking at the LS7 clutch and I was wondering if it would fit my car. The other thing is when I replace the clutch and flywheel, do I need to do anything else?

it will fit with an ls2 flywheel, and you should definitely replace the slave cylinder as well

Also LS7 Flywheel=LS2 Flywheel

Do your slave/throw out like creeper said.

Depending on your miles, do the rear main seal and pilot bearing. I just did this clutch last week.

You'll probably want to do the master cylinder too because it's easier to get at with the trans dropped and the stock one has barely enough power to move the stock clutch let alone the heavy LS7 clutch.
