1st and 2nd gears messed up

1st and 2nd gears messed up When I start the car I can't put it into first with out it grinding then I have to put it into 2nd then first. Also when rolling I cant downshift if I'm in 2nd to 1st or 3rd to 2nd unless I come to a complete stop what's wrong I have a gto spec stage 2 t56. Oh also if I try to shift fast from 1st to 2nd it grinds but if I shift slow its fine
