How much power will a stock f-body or gto 6sp hold?

from what I have read, it depends on weight of the vehicle, not just HP/TQ, driving style, and whether or not you run slicks on the thing. I bet you could break one at 200hp and have one live to 1500hp, too many variables there... Look up some of the trans rebuilders on here and see what a level 1, level 2, etc rebuild are good for HP wise from them, and just assume less than those

Well my goal i 500rwhp with a 5.3 turbo in a 3000 lb s10 that will be for the street mostly. So i know its not gonna hook in the first couple gears.
