Default Wont go into gear?!?! Ughhh

I was having this problem where with clutch pushed to the floor trying to put it into gear id have to force it in cause clutch wasn't doing its job. It worked perfectly fine for weeks and weeks before, I have bled it properly and everything.

I have a brand new excedy clutch/flywheel/throwout bearing and a willwood master cylinder, then I pulled motor out and replaced the slave cylinder.

I got it all back together it worked perfectly fine all last night but when i went out today to move the car it was back to the same problems in the first place where there is basically no clutch even there, basically forcing it into gear.

What is going on!! Im going to lose my mind.

will it go into gear with the motor off? assuming you bled the hydrolics correctly too. Did you replace the pilot bearing? how did the input shaft look when you pulled the trans?

Brand new pilot bearing aswell,

bled like this. clutch in, loosen bleed, tighten bleed, clutch out... repeat x 4012390

I can shift it into gear with motor off and input shaft looked good.

Thing is it worked 100% perfect all last night.

Is it having trouble going into all gears or just a few? Mine currently won't go into reverse while the car is running without having to apply a lot of pressure to it. With the car off it goes into the gear no problem. I've been told that this can be caused due to the master cylinder not being powerful enough to fully engage the clutch. I'm replacing my clutch and hydraulics with a Tick Performance master cylinder and hopefully that will fix the problem.
