Default Where to get an Input Shaft for the T56 in my 98 Trans Am?

Where's the best place to get an input shaft for a T56 in a 98 f-body?

And on that topic...I know a lot of guys insist on replacing the pilot bearing with a bushing because the bushings tend to be more durable, but are there any other factors? The bearings must have an advantage over the bushings in some way, no?

Any transmission/tremec sponsor can get you the input shaft.

Bearings can reduce friction in stock applications, but can suffer under the abuse of racing, etc. YMMV

FYI it's not the throwout bearing you replace with a bushing, it's the pilot bearing/bushing.
