who makes the best t56 internals?? im beefing up my fbody t56 and trying to figure out the best brands of t56 internals to buy such as forks pads synchros shafts, etc. just looking for some input from people making big power using a t56. ive got a turbo 408 goin in my car so im looking for the best parts out there if anyone can lead me in the right direction, thankyou

Things like syncros and such are OEM Tremec. When you get into gears and shafts, there are a few options but OEM Tremec are the most reasonably priced parts. Companies like Rockland and G Force offer after market gear kits but they are big $$$$. Some people have had good luck with them and others have not.

Why not just send it to Tick? or you could order their rebuild kit. Their rebuild packages are supposed to be good up to 700hp. Now if you're gonna be making more than that...I'd say some more research is in your future.

thats what im trying to figure out. im going to do the build myself, just looking for the right vendors for internals and what else is out there that may be better

Tick will set you right.
They are good guys and put out a great product. I love the trans they built for me. I am sure they would be able to set you up with the right parts given your needs and applications.
