Default Torque specifications for spec super twin st trim

I need to know the torque specs for the bolts on my spec super twin. If anyone knows, please let me know so I can put my car back together. Thanks..

Does anyone know the torque specs for the flywheel bolts?

Also what are the torque specs for the Pressure plate??

I need to know today so i can put the clutch in.

Ok, all data says 75ft lbs and pressure plate is 55ft lbs. I was thinking 80ft lbs for flywheel and 60ft lbs for pressure plate. Can someone verify if this will be ok?
