Grinding at high rpms and sometimes when shifting Seems my car likes to grind gears when im shifting at high rpms and occasionally when im just shifting like normal. Anything?

Haven't touched the tranny fluid yet, plan on it though. It grinds randomly when just regular driving but when i hit high rpms it grinds always. clutch fluid is a little dark and haven't bleed it yet.
