Default stage 2 tranny rebuild

well i just ordered a stage 2 rebuild kit (http://www.tick-performance.com/tick...body/t56parts/) i was woundering if any1 has ever used this kit? an if so was it worth the money. an when rebuilding the tranny (takeing it apart putting it together) is there an tips or hints that would help me or save me some trouble?

Basically the parts you have ordered with the exception of the billet keys and bronze fork pads are OEM Tremec brand and quality. You will be fine with the parts providing you install them properly.

You should have waited until you got the tranny apart i just got that build and i had to buy a gear or two also, but i guess it didn't really matter but be prepared to buy 2nd and maybe 3rd especially if you have a 2000 (i think this is the right year) or older since they didn't have the beefier 2nd gear... I guess more something to look at when you get it apart...

well its an 02 so i might be good on second gear (i hope so any way) is there an tricks or thimgs i should no that would make my life a little easier taking it apart an going back together?

Good idea to buy a t-56 rebuild guide. Also going to need 2 sets of gear pullers, gear splitters, a good set of snap rig pliers.
