Default Adjusting McLeod Master LT1

I did some searching here and on LTXtech, and couldn't find much of anything about adjusting my McLeod master cylinder. I didn't find much on McLeod's website except for a diagram about clutch pedal ratio. That confused me. Are they talking about adjusting holding pressure, or just the supposed "force" required to push the pedal (soft vs. hard feel)?
How should I adjust this thing?
P.S. the motor is currently not in the car. Please explain where to start for adjustment, and if correct adjustment is done with a running vehicle, tell me what to look for and how to adjust accordingly. Thanks.
