need some help/advice. "UPDATE"
i just got my car back from getting a used 12,000 mile trans put in it along with a new mgw shifter, and tick remote bleeder. the clutch has aroun 10,000 mile on it and the 01 master, slave and line w/ drill mod have aroun 3,500 miles. the car acts like it has air in the system because it is slow to engage the next gear at high rpm but otherwise is great. could it be that im not bleeding it correctly with the remote bleeder, ive already flushed the system and didnt seem to help.

Where does engagement occur relative to pedal travel? Is it low or high? When you bled the fluid did you notice if it was dark or discolored? Have you noticed any other issues relative to pedal travel/engagement? Let me know and I will be happy to assist you further. Thanks!

The clutch seems to let out the the same as before towards the bottom, and I flushed the old dirty fluid out until it was clean fluid then blead it out some more. It acts like it did when the slave was leaking alittle, but when that was bad I could bleed it and work good for awhile. Like I said it's a low mile tranny and brand new shifter and none of the other componants have very many miles on them either. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Did you try bleeding with a mighty-vac? If not then I highly recommend that you give it a shot. You should bleed from the slave and the fluid reservoir too. Give it a shot and let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks,

I've bled it several times with the tick remote bleeder but haven't used a mighty vac on it Ill give it a try too and see what happens. If there is no change I am thinking about trying the antivenom/washer mod.

I did a search on here yesterday and it came up, have to take a bolt out of the right side of the tranny and there is a spring and ball that determain the pressure and you use one or two washers to shim out the bolt and realive some pressure to make it shift easier. If you do a search on it and read it let me know what u think.

So I bled the tranny some more and seems to be shifting better, but I noticed today that when the clutch is fully pressed and you rev the motor it pulls alittle bit. So does this mean it still needs to be bled some more?

The clutch is a centerforce dual friction with maybe 10,000 miles. the slave, master, and line are all gm 01-02 style with drill mod and they only have maybe 3500 miles on them. And everything worked fine before the new trans was put in.
