Default problem!?

so I bought the ram master slave cylinder, and I have it hooked up, but the clip won't go back on the stud, I will find a picture and show ya'll.

theres like a round part with the bigger hole then it thins out into a smaller hole use like a set of pliers or something to get it to go into that smaller opening then those you will hear like a snap which will be from those other two little clips on the other side of that clip that will lock. It is a PITA to get it in there but a few tries will get it done.
