Grinding 5th Ok. I'm new to having a manual transmission. I bought this car back in June, had it 6 days and blew the engine. I had it rebuilt and had a new clutch put in it at the same time. I don't know which one. It worked fine for a couple of months, but now 5th gear grinds sometimes, especially at higher rpms. Is this a transmission problem or a clutch problem?
