T/O bearing again?

T/O bearing again? I did a clutch,flywheel,new pilot bearing, new T/O bearing, presure plate, w/ tick lvl 2 T-56 re-build...2k miles later, after I release my foot off the clutch, it makes that rattling noise when your T/O or pilot bearing is going bad ( whichever it is ). So, why is it making the same noise again after only 2k miles?
