is this a normal slave cly ? is this oring supposed to freely come off the though out bearing.? it was removed off a 40,000 mile car. i think its time for a new one but i wanted to check first. maybe yall know something i dont.

ok just to follow up with myself. it was an oring that is supposed to attach to the throw out bearing and slip over the slave cly's hub. the grease on the hub was so dry that oring wouldnt stay clipped to the TOB. so i cleaned the TOB "hub" and put a little wheel bearing grease on it. now it works as its supposed to and slick as camel snot
