Default Clutch/master help.

I had the "stuck peddle" so I replaced the master and bled it through the reservoir with a mity vac, Got the peddle nice and stiff. Now I have a new problem, after driving the car it smells of burned clutch really bad, I can literally smell it the next day after I drove the car. Also the slave isn't leaking, I'm not going low on fluid. - So could air still in the system/slave cause this? Or is it possible for the slave to crap out even with it not leaking? The clutch does indeed feel like it's slipping. (high gear, low RPM WOT tested)

Sounds like your clutch or slave is failing. Time to drop the transmission.

So left over air in the actually slave wouldn't cause this?

Your smelling odors. I don't know if I'm wrong or not but I do not see how air could cause odors. A smelling clutch usually occurs from the clutch slipping due to clutch failure or a possible fluid leak. Stock clutch? Any mods?

well I guess I mean to ask was, would air in the slave cause the clutch not to fully disengage itself, thus causing clutch burning. I'm not sure what the miles are on the current clutch

no it wouldnt, air in the line would just cause inpropper disengagement. meaning the clutch wouldnt depress all the way wen u try an shift gears. u have an actuall clutch problem if ur smelling it.
