Default refreshing my ls7 clutch

Ive had my ls7 clutch in for 40,000+ super hard miles now. Well when i get on it hard it feels ok and shifts easy but when i get done the pedal is soft and i have to pump up my clutch. fluid is clean. Can i just buy a new clutch and pressure plate and not buy a new fly wheel?

You can use the same flywheel. Just clean it and lightly scuff it.

i dont see why your wasting your money on another LS7 clutch. Obviously you track your car. You couldve spent a little extra money and gotten a better clutch and you wouldnt be having to do this again.

My car isnt a track car is my DD. See if your clutch last 40k+ hard speed shifting everyday miles. Ive seen to many people put clutches in there car ever year and sometimes twice a year. with Spec, ram, centerforce. When i make more power down the road then i may upgrade. I have 450$ in my clutch and its 4 years old and its going to cost less the $300 to replace. So why would i go spend $600-$1,000 and have chatter, stuff pedal? Monsters haven't been out long enough to know the true results. hell i had a friend get 3 of them b4 he got a good one. As of now If had the money and were to upgrade u would get a monster level 3 or 4.

how about a different LS7 performance clutch. what do the C6z06 guys like? it doesnt seem anyone here runs that combo just a stock ls7 clutch but an performance ls7 may work better than a ls1/6 one.

then thats worse if its a DD. I put more miles on my LS6 clutch than that and im more than a spirited driver. i dont have chatter with my monster and its ALMOST spot on stock pedal feel. Your not having to pay alot of money to renew it but do what what do
