Default Bad Clutch/Flywheel?

I was driving my car to work and I started hearing a loud clicking noise kinda like something flapping in the wind. It only happens when I have it in gear and while I accelerate... when I'm out of gear or I'm on the brakes no noise. It sounded like something was loose in the engine bay. My car has 15,000 miles on it. Its been the strip a few times but nothing major. Any insight into what it might be would be appreciated. Thanks.

Does the noise change when you put light pressure on the clutch pedal (during acceleration)? Let me know and I will be happy to provide more info. You can calso call me if you like to discuss this further. Thanks,
