It tells you what the kit comes with on Ticks site. It comes with flywheel, clutch, pp, pp bolts, and flywheel bolts.
You also need:
slave cylinder (GM one, AC delco or other cheap ones are prone to leak)
pilot bearing
pilot bearing remover tool with slide hammer (get one from parts store)
clutch alignment tool (26 spline i think)
loctite for bolts
torque wrench
swivel socket thingy
brake cleaner
grease
a lot of extensions
probably some more crap to

Check out the Diamond Stage 1. The disc is very similar to that of the LS7, but is made of a superior carbon/kevlar friction material. Also, the pressure plate is much more heavy duty than the stock style LS7 pressure plate, yielding higher clamp load.
The Diamond Stage 1 is currently on sale for $334 shipped. Just get your flywheel resurfaced for $30-40 and you'll be good to go. I'll include in the clutch kit a slave cylinder shim to compensate for the flywheel being resurfaced. This way the slave will retain the proper distance from the pressure plate.
If you'd like to order a new flywheel along with the clutch, we do sell stock GM flywheels for $129. Or you can go with an aftermarket stock weight (23lb) billet steel flywheel for $219, or lightweight (15lb) for $239
