Default Tranney Alignement NIGHTMARE!!!

OK.. I am starting to finish up my H/C/I build and i have ran into a huge problem and cant figure out how to fix it...I pulled my K-Member and block and tranney to make things simple... I put spohn solid motor mounts on the k-member then set the block on the k-member and set it back underneather the car... I then continued to put the tranney on.. and crossmember.. Thats when i noticed my problem...

Problem is the bolt on the back of the tranney is just a little off from the crossmember hole towards the passenger side of the car and my driver side header collector is actually touching my car.. I have checked to make sure nothing is pinched and/or the l-member is sucked all the way.. up.. just has me confused

Any insight or info will help.. thanks...

Have you torqued the k-member bolts already? If so you might have the k-member shifted forward on one side.

Ya I have torqued them already.. I had them
Torqued down once but the tranney wouldn't go in so I had to loosen them up, since I didn't have the play that stock motor mounts allow, and put the tranney in and retorque the k member... I had the issue of the driver side header hitting the bottom of my car before and after loosing the k member bolts but just found out about my tranney crossmember...
