Exclamation Noise clutch or transmission related?

Well for starters this past summer I had a spec stage 3 clutch put in my trans am by a local shop. About 2 weeks ago I was having issues when I would push in the clutch at certain rpms the car would almost sounds like it was grinding going into gear. You could stop push the clutch in and give a small rev and you would hear a whine like the TOB was shot. Being what my local garage diagnosed it as and a close friend who is familiar with the t56 we decided to order a new slave and TOB. We installed this last weekend. So a week has gone by and as I was pulling into the driveway I hear that same noise and now can not get my car to do it again. I am at a loss. When it happened last time it wouldn't go into gear the easiest leading me to believe a TOB again. Since it has been completely smooth shifting until today. Any ideas. I feel a vibration in the clutch pedal as this happens as well. Any help would be great appreciated.

Hi,
a few questions......did you place vehicle in neutral and coast? Any noise?
Where does the clutch engage? Near floor/top/midway.
What about your input shaft bearing?
Transmission fluid level ok?
Shift fork?
Worn synchronizers? Usually creates the grinding sound//////////
amount of wear on pressure plate? Can cause like issues due to wear/bent fingers.
Did you lube the fingers/sleeve on tob/fork? Use high temp/not to much..
Lastly pilot bushing?
If you are grinding and all other is good/probably synchronizers...........
Wishing you luck.........have a blessed day........captain jim

Nuetral and coast no noise. Clutch grabs shortly after letting clutch off floor. Transmission fluid level good we replaced it upon the swap. With the shifting it has been completely smooth the last week and now the issue. Now after it made the vibration in the pedal I can not get it to go again. And I dont mean to say grinding going into gears it is completely smooth in the shifter just a vibration in the pedal. everything was lubed. I am just stumped..

HI,
IF YOU ARE HAVING VIBRATION ISSUES IS THE TRANS/MOUNT OK?
UNIVERSAL JOINT/DRIVE SHAFT?
BOLTS SECURE IN FLYWHEEL/CLUTCH ASSEMBLY/TRANSMISSION?
FLYWHEEL COULD BE OUT OF BALANCE............
DOUBLE CHECK YOUR WORK.......
SOUNDS LIKE AN ISSUE WITH BALANCE ON CLUCH/PRESSURE PLATE/FLYWHEEL!KEEP YOUR CHIN UP AND CONTINUE TO CHECK OFF EACH ISSUE ELIMINATED........HAVE A GOOD EVENING AND GET A FRESH START A.M.

Well thats just it when I say vibration it happens once in a blue moon not all the time it is so confusing. I would have no problem tearing it apart again if I knew a possible issue. But when the issue happens one day then not again for a week or so it's hard to think somethin is out of balance.
