Default T-56 grinds need some advice

Well i have an lsx t56 rx7 and I have been playing with the clutch setup for a bit I can drive the car but when I try to shift fast or right away the trans grinds but if i push the clutch in and slowly disengage it, it will go in fine. Also how hot will the trans get and I put my hand on it (can touch it through tunnel) and it seemed pretty hot? I have a new slave and I have thoroughly bled the system what else could be my problem also the clutch is an ls7 with a GTO flywheel. any help would be greatly appreciated

Sounds like you need to distinguish if the pedal feels the same all of the time and is the car trying to roll if your sitting still with the pedal down. Usually.... attemps to shift hard or quick with a proper working clutch and grinding occurs thats a possible syncro. How long since clutch job?
