hard clunk into reverse?

Are you running the stock master???
Sometimes mine will clunk/grind going into reverse if I put it in gear too quickly. Normally if I just glide it in it will engage just fine.

^ mine is also a little rough when its cold outside but seems to smooth out as the tranny warms up. its hard to describe, it's almost as if the gears get "snatched" when upshifting in the cold. I never have gotten a grind but it "feels" like its going to, I can feel resistance through the shifter shaft.
To the OP, what do you mean how am I trapping 114 with just bolt ons? I went to Sacramento Raceway, ran my car and trapped 114 . I trapped 109 with just a lid, and a catback.

Sac Raceway is known to be a "fast track" E.T. and trap wise. However, I will say my car has always seemed to run pretty strong for what it is. On the street i've beat more than a few cars that should trap around 110-112 area (roll racing). Even took down an ISF and a new M3 with a super slipping clutch (has been fixed since then).

Yeah I was running on some borrowed Hoosiers with skinnies up front that day. That's the reason behind the 12.1. Yes my 10 bolt somehow lasted through that ... I'm only running LS6 intake, ported TB, LT's, ORY, SLP catback, Chris1313 ram air, and a frost tune. There's a little bit of weight taken out of the car as well, nothing crazy though.

^ every car is different. You can't just go off of weight and modifications. Some cars just run a little better than others for various reasons. Air and altitude also make a HUGE difference.
