replace clutch but its really hard to put the gears in

Default replace clutch but its really hard to put the gears in

hey guys and gals i just replaced the clutch on my 99 transam with a monster stage 3 kit,new master,new slave,new bolts,did the drill mod and put the speed bleeder on it.tbut the gears are very hard to go in; i been bleeding it like crazy but it doesnt help what could be wrong, the car moves a little when its in first gear with the clutch all the way pressed in.when i drive it the gears are alittle hard to go in but they go in.

get a tick master adj. cyl. it should solve ur problems i have the same clutch an with the tick master...works awesome

i wish i could but i already bought the new gm master and i really dont have the cash for a tick

yea i understand..but u are probley stuck with the problems till u do..

Is the clutch disengaging properly? Did you do the rev test in first gear?

On flat ground with the car in first gear clutch pedal pressed to floor rev engine to 5-6k. Does the car creep forward? Or on a hill car not running in first gear slowly push the clutch in, where in the pedal travel does the car start to roll?

You dont need to rev the car to 5 or 6k... Just put it in gear and see if the car moves.
