Default Mcleod twin disc.

We installed a street twin in the car at the end of last year. At the same time installed the Mcleod adjustable master cylander. Originally installed the clutch with a spacer that was in the car with the ls7 clutch. pulled it out but the engagement of the clutch was well into the top half of the travel. Even so the clutch worked well. No slip but didn't like the fact that the engagement was so high. This year with the car not on the road for long I'm getting a rattle when the car is in neutral and idling. I can only assume that this is the throw out bearing. Also at one point I was having a hard time getting the car into reverse unless I shut it off. So I can only assume that the clutch isn't disengaging properly. What can I do?
