Return it for another one. I got a Borg Warner brute force clutch. I doing a engine swap because mine through a rod 13 months ago and finally have a little money for another engine. While everything was taken apart a noticed the clutch had some hot spots on the flywheel and pressure plate. I'm gonna get the flywheel resurfaced. I don't go to the track or race at all. Just the occasional little fun at times. Will this clutch be ok? I have though about returning it for a new Spec Stage 1, the newer stronger version.

Well I'm just gonna return the clutch today and get a spec stage 1 super single.

spec is probably the worst clutch you can buy, from what i hear, you might wanna do some research before you make that decision.
