I have a 1998 Trans Am Ws6 clone and am in desperate need of a new clutch. I have the original on the car right now and am satisfied for the time being of how well the clutch performed but am looking for a clutch that would have the same endurance but could handle more power when I do decide to add to the cars power later on its life. Most of the forums that I have read say to go with the LS6 or 7 but don't mention any brands to trust! I'm looking for suggestions???

I have an ls 7 in my 01 Ta ws6. Its good up to like 500 550 Hp at the wheel. And as far as brand it just a GM replacement as far as I know.

Is the clutch going to need any fabrication done to itself or the car to fit the stock vehicle?

You will need a new flywheel and slave.
