Default Vent tube

Alright, so the guy who sold me a t56 either A) kept the vent tube or B) secured it wrong and it got lost in transit. Either way I'm out a vent tube and am having little luck on ebay finding a replacement.

Any of ya'll have an idea of the easiest way to rectify this? Some parts to build my own or something?

Default

A rear axle vent (plastic) from the dealer +
generic pcv tubing kit (or rubber hose) from autozone was method one I used when no spares were around.
