Remove T56 adapter plate Okay so I rebuilt my T56, and at the end i put the tail housing on wrong and I believe I broke the Interlock plate, which is at the bottom. Does anyone know if you can remove the adapter plate and just replace it from there, or can I just transfer the adapter plate for the LS to another trans I have with the LT adapter plate without tearing it all apart from the top.
The LT has internals from a 2006 vette.

Okay how do you check the bearings? And I haven't started the converting the corvette internals to go into it yet. Also where can I get that plate interlock?
