Default Questions on a tranny swap.

I have an 08 Sierra half-ton that needs a tranny. I'm thinking of swapping to a 2010 or newer 6 speed manual out of a camaro. Does anyone know if the bolt pattern is the same? Or how the pitch and number of teeth on the flywheel compare between the two vehicles? As far as I know those two issues will be the worst part of it, but, if anyone knows of anything else please let me know. I'd really like to do this swap, as its not something I've seen done yet. Although there could be a reason for that lol. Help would be appreciated.

Same bellhousing patter, same starter tooth count. Heck same starter

Problem lies in shifter placement and the 2010's wierd DS yoke

So is there a way around that, or would that be the reason I haven't seen one yet? I planned on getting everything from the tranny to the pedal out of the same car. That includes the slave cylinder and master cylinder.

Contact a tranny rebuilder for a quote on changing the shifter location. 2010's use a wierd divorced shifter thats not like older T56's that have multiple mid shift conversion kits

Complete kit or no, with hydraulics. Your problem lies in physically getting the trans in there
