Exclamation 98 camaro

ok guys i have a 98 camaro with a tnclutch stage 3 clutch and it wont go into gear while sitting still put if i put it into gear while its off i can take off and go into gear while moving but its hard *** hell i have replaced the clutch and presure plate and throwout bearing and master cylinder now all is left and all it should be is the flywheel to thin my flywheel is way thin and im just trying to see if a fly wheel cut down to far can cause this and it looks fucked now this is about my 5th time dropping this tranny now some one give me some deritions and not trying to drop this tranny again

If I understand you correctly, yes a flywheel that has been machined can require a shim to allow proper disengagement.

Do you have any idea how much material was removed from the flywheel? Anything more than .015" can thin things out so much that clutch release is affected. The starting thickness for the flywheel is .810" so you can check your flywheel thickness against this number to see if that is the potential cause.

I dropped my tranny about 5 times also. I had the same exact problem.im sure u heard this alot( tick performance master cylinder ). I put one on and my problems disappeared. Takes about 300 bucks and about 45 min with a partner to get rid of that problems.you want be disappointed. The link is www.tickperformance.com give them a shout
