Default quick tranny question
This may be stupid but if the tranny is in netural and you grab the input shaft and spin it while holding the tail shaft it should spin right? The reason I am asking is cause we just got my brothers tranny rebuild and we can spin it a couple turns either way and it will tighten up kinda like you are threading in a bolt

Yes it should spin free.

Hmm that's what I tought too, sounds like we need to have it looked at by another shop
