Default Weird noise when I push the clutch in when the car is cold?

If I just start my car up in the morning, or whenever it is cold, and I go to drive off. If it bring the rpms high enough, around 2500ish, then push the clutch in to shift to the next gear it makes a weird noise. The best way to describe the noise is like a clanging clacking noise, similiar to when you have aftermarket exhaust on your car and inbetween shifts it kinda makes a crackle noise? Well my car is stock, and it doesn't do it when it's warm, so it can't be the exhaust. Anyone have any ideas or have had this problem before? It's getting annoying! It usually stops after I shift about 4-6 times though. Thanks for any help you guys can offer!
