Exclamation stock clutch with 440rwhp... stock clutch still...help me figure out what I need!

Damn it, sorry about the title haha

Alright so I'm running 440WHP bolt on/cammed LS2 GTO

When I do Full throttle runs say downshifting to second to do a pass hit 3rd gear, I can feel the pedal get "sitcky" or "spongy" like a loss in pressure so to speak, it doesn't stick to the floor but I can tell something isn't right.

I had a Monster stage 4 clutch with Tick Master Cylinder in my old '02 Z28 and that was a bit much for street/daily use but I managed.

I'm looking at a single disk stage 2 Monster clutch, and ordering a Tick Master Cylinder with it, would I need a flywheel too?

I have a Monster lvl 2 w/18lb flywheel in my car now and it held my 400rwhp great and drove like stock basically. If you DD it and have to sit in traffic don't plan on it lasting too long though...

I've got the Monster S3 in mine with tick master, etc, etc, and am very happy with it. Monster S2 would be fine for you. comes with the flywheel. WHole clutch kit from Tick (around$1000) comes with the tick master, new slave, clutch, PP, flywheel, and speed bleeder. it's a good deal, and you should be really happy with it
